Jerome Zeyen, BA, CHRP, CPCC, ACC

Jerome Zeyen is Principal Consultant and Owner of InsightHR Consulting. InsightHR enables organizations to achieve sustainable business success through their most valuable asset, their people.

Jerome has over 18 years of Human Resources experience gained through his work with companies such as Aviva Canada, Bell Canada, Canada Trust and other private and public organizations. His experience and HR expertise is focused in the areas of Talent Management, People Development, Coaching, and Compensation & Benefits.

He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). As well, Jerome holds a Bachelors Degree from Trent University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, a Certificate in Employee Benefits from Humber College and is affiliated with several professional organizations in his field. Jerome is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) through CTI and an ACC through the International Coach Federation.

Jerome has worked with Executives and Management teams in a variety of organizations, enabling them to effectively identify, assess, develop and reward their people at all levels. The end results include; ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time, thus maximizing people’s potential and ultimately creating an engaged employee population with the capabilities to delivery profitable growth and a value proposition that differentiates the organization in the marketplace.

His strong belief in partnership, a genuine desire to help people grow and develop and his ability to understand the business needs and to provide tangible solutions have motivated Jerome throughout his career.

Jerome’s volunteer efforts include; Executive member of the Board of Directors for Big Brother Big Sisters of York (BBBSY), Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the Board (BBBSY), past committee involvement with the HR Professional Association of Ontario, and fundraising for Breast Cancer Research.
